Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about what Textezi does today, what it does not do, and how the product fits into normal Android use.
Features & Pricing
Textezi takes supported text and rewrites it in English letters while keeping the same language. It changes how text is written, not what it means.
Textezi includes a soft 30-day trial on the device, followed by a one-time permanent unlock through Google Play. Optional AI assist, when available, is a separate monthly subscription.
Languages & Conversion
Textezi is pronounced "Text Easy."
The app labels languages as Validated, Baseline, or Planned. Validated support currently covers Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. Baseline languages have local conversion but quality may vary. Planned languages stay disabled until support is ready.
No. Textezi does not turn Hindi into English or Punjabi into English. It keeps the same language and only changes how it is written. You can think of it as writing your language in English letters.
Automation
No. Textezi is designed to work with your existing keyboard workflow rather than replacing it with a custom keyboard.
The floating bubble is an optional quick control. When enabled, it can reopen Textezi faster and make it easier to pause, resume, or switch the automation behavior while using other apps.
Privacy & Support
Core conversion, Auto mode, and Suggest only are designed to stay on the device. Optional AI assist is separate; if you choose Refine with AI or AI mode, only the text needed for that AI refinement request may be sent to the configured AI provider.
