What to include
The details that help most
Good support requests are specific. A little context makes it much easier to understand whether the problem is a language issue, a workflow issue, or a settings issue.
Say whether the problem happened in the app, through sharing, through Android text actions, or during automatic conversion.
Mention which language you expected to convert and whether the text should have stayed unchanged.
Include a safe sample, screenshot, or short recording when the text is not private.
Add your device model and Android version if the issue looks device-specific.
